Said property at 7745 Olive is more fully described as follows: Part of Lot 10 of Mount Olive, a Subdivision in Section 3, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3 Page 90 of St. Louis City (former County) records, and described as: Beginning at the intersection of the North line of Olive Street Road 60 feet wide, with the East line of Groby Road, 25 feet wide; thence along the East line of Groby Road, North 1 degree 1 minute East, 282 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 degrees 59 minutes East 134.51 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 1 degree 1 minute West, 302.06 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of Olive Street Road and thence along the North line of Olive Street Road, 60 feet wide, North 80 degrees 30 minutes West, 136 feet to the point of beginning, according to Survey thereof executed by Elbring Surveying Company on January 24, 1945, EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part conveyed to the City of University City, according to instrument recorded in Book 6345 page 1277. FURTHER EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Olive Boulevard taken by the State of Missouri in condemnation proceedings under Cause No. 241272 of the Circuit Court of the County of St. Louis, Missouri a copy of which is recorded in Book. 4773 Page 1277. The above described tract having a St. Louis County locator number of 17K631679. Section 3. The new Official Zoning Map of the City is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof. Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the prosecution of any such violation. Section 5. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 34, Section 34.115 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law. PASSED this 11 th day of December, 2006.
