<br />INTRODUCED BY: <br /> <br />Mr. Price <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />February 5, 2006 <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8928 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6684 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />OF UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH <br />PROVIDES THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE GRANT FUNDS FOR RESURFACING <br />ACTIVITIES ON EIGHTY SECOND BLVD, OLD BON HOMME ROAD, ETZEL AVENUE <br />AND KINGSLAND AVENUE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into and execute the attached "Missouri Highways and <br />Transportation Commission STP-Urban Program Agreement," which is attached marked <br />Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 2.
