INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Wagner DATE: May 4, 2007 BILL NO. 8934 ORDINANCE NO. 6690 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS 'WESTVIEW DRIVE MANOR BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF ALL OF LOT 7 AND THE SOUTH 50' OF LOT 6 IN BLOCK 5 OF UNIVERSITY VIEW" AND LOCATED AT 519 AND 527 WESTVIEW DRIVE. WHEREAS, on March 12,2007, Glenn Henke submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as 'Westview Drive Manor Being a Resubdivision of All of Lot 7 and the South 50' of Lot 6 in Block 5 of University View" and located at 519 and 527 Westview Drive, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on April 25, 2007, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as 'Westview Drive Manor Being a Resubdivision of All of Lot 7 and the South 50' of Lot 6 in Block 5 of University View" and located at 519 and 527 Westview Drive, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates 3 buildable lots with the proposed addresses of 519, 523 and 527 Westview. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law.
