1. Effective September 1, 1995, the rates are: ~ a. Single or two-family units and buildings with three or more units with curb line pick up, per unit b. Single or two-family units with alley line pick up, per unit c. Three or more units with alley line mechanical box pick up, per unit d. Buildings in the area bounded by Old Bonhomme Road on the north, Delmar Boulevard on the south, LePere Street on the west, and McKnight Road on the east, per unit e. Three or more units with building line pick up with carts, per unit f. Three or more units with mechanical box pick up and waste reduction, per unit g. Public or private institutions with city service: Box service (per one and one-half cubic yards of box) Eighty (80) - one hundred (100) gallon cart service (per cart) 2.
