<br />The building will presents a three story residential building containing approximately 22 <br /> <br />residential units of varying sizes and costing approximately $4,400,000. <br /> <br />The brick veneer luxury condominium is designed to evoke the architectural style of <br /> <br />buildings in the vicinity. The exterior includes bronze anodized windows and doors <br /> <br />complemented by metal railings. The simple lines and modest style of the buildings in the <br /> <br />neighborhood exemplify representative models.
