<br />INTRODUCED BY: Ms. Ricci <br /> <br />DATE: September 24,2007 <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8957 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6712 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "7309 AMHERST CONDOMINIUM" <br />AND LOCATED AT 7309 AMHERST. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 27,2007, Gohllnvestments, LLC submitted for approval <br />a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "&309 Amherst Condominium" <br />located at 7309 Amherst, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, <br />a minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City <br />Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting on September 5,2007, the University City Plan <br />Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in <br />substantial compliance with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and <br />recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required <br />documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its <br />consideration. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "7309 Amherst Condominium" and <br />located at 7309 Amherst, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final <br />subdivision plat creates two condominium units. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in <br />full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 <br />thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final <br />subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and <br />the seal of University City. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage as provided by law. <br />
