LOUIS COUNTY RECORDS AND BEING PART OF A TRACT OF LAND <br />DESCRIBED IN DEED TO ONE MCKNIGHT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AS <br />RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 11243 PAGE 1814 AND DEED BOOK 17218 PAGE <br />4657 OF THE ST. LOUIS COUNTY RECORDS AND BEING SITUATED IN <br />SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 45 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, UNIVERSITY CITY, ST. <br />LOUIS COUNTY MISSOURI, AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE <br />RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF ST. LOUIS <br />COUNTY, MISSOURI. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Charles Deutsch and Company received authorization from the City <br />Council to permit the expansion of the apartments for the elderly (Gatesworth) and <br />nursing home facility (McKnight Place Assisting Living) on May 21,2007. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the easement requested are within the property limits of Charles <br />Deutsch and Company and One McKnight Place Development Company <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sterling Engineers and Surveyors submitted a letter on behalf of <br />Charles Deutsch and Company and One McKnight Place Development Company for <br />the partial vacation of the easement above reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above said portion of easement is located entirely within plat <br />book 347 pages 410-411 of the St. louis County records within in the City of <br />University City, in St. louis County, Missouri <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
