Roberts Avenue: North side thereof from Pennsylvania Avenue to Ferguson Avenue., Roth Avenue: The east curb thereof immediately adjacent to 1056 and 1060 Roth Avenue. Sadler Avenue: East side thereof from Bartmer Avenue to Etzel Avenue. Swarthmore Ct: South side thereof from 8218 to 8230 Swarthmore Ct. Trinity Avenue: West side thereof from Kingsbury Boulevard to Washington Avenue. Vassar Avenue: West side thereof from Cornell Avenue to Delmar Boulevard. Vernon Avenue: Both sides thereof from Eastgate Avenue to a point two hundred sixty-two (262) feet east of the center line of Kingsland Avenue. North side thereof from Ferguson Avenue to Midland Boulevard. North side thereof from Pennsylvania Avenue to a point five hundred (500) feet west of Ferguson Avenue, and from 66th Street to the eastern city limits. South side thereof from Westgate Avenue to the eastern city limits. West Canterbury Drive: North side of triangular park located between West Canterbury Drive and Geoffrey Lane. East side thereof for a distance of thirty (30) feet from the north side of triangular park located between West Canterbury Drive and Geoffrey Lane. Westgate Avenue: West side thereof from Olive Boulevard to North Drive. Wilshire Avenue: The west side thereof from How Avenue to Morgan Avenue and the east side thereof from How Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet north thereof and the east side thereof from Olive Boulevard to the alley south thereof. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, Section 10.44.010, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law.
