INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Glickert DATE: April 7, 2008 BILL NO. 8990 ORDINANCE NO. 6742 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "BLACKBERRY TERRACE SECOND ADDITION B-3 CONSOLIDATION" AND "PARK RIDGE CONDOMINIUMS" AND LOCATED AT 962 - 988 WARDER (EVEN) AND 7729 - 7741 WILD PLUM (ODD). WHEREAS, on March 5, 2008, Larimore Group, LLC, represented by attorney Jonathan P. Beck submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Blackberry Terrace Second Addition B-3 Consolidation" and "Park Ridge Condominiums" located at 962 - 988 Warder (Even) And 7729 - 7741 Wild Plum (Odd), University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat consolidates the existing 6 lots there into one lot and creates 24 condominium forms of ownership, a minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on March 26, 2008, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Blackberry Terrace Second Addition B-3 Consolidation" and "Park Ridge Condominiums I and located at 962 _ 988 Warder (Even) And 7729 - 7741 Wild Plum (Odd), University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat consolidates the existing 6 lots there into one lot and creates 24 condominium forms of ownership.
