<br />D. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the act of panhandling on <br />private property or inside a business without written permission from the owner. <br /> <br />E. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the act of panhandling after <br />8:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. during any dates on which Daylight Saving Time <br />is in effect; or after 7:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. during any dates on which <br />Daylight Saving Time is not in effect. <br /> <br />F. It shall be unlawful for any person to panhandle in a group of two (2) or more <br />persons. <br /> <br />G. Nothing in this section shall abrogate or abridge provisions of Chapter 5.16 <br />concerning canvassers or solicitors, Chapter 5.20 concerning charitable <br />solicitations, or Federal and State government laws, or any law regulating <br />nonprofit, religious, educational, civic or benevolent organizations. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm <br />or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 9.08, nor <br />bar the prosecution of any such violation. <br /> <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter <br />1.12, Section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Section 4.
