The following is a description of a 50 feet by 372 feet parcel of land located in <br />City of University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri, and recorded on November 2, <br />1967 on Pages 1392 to 1395 of Book 6290 of the records of the Recorder of Deeds of St. <br />Louis County, Missouri and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northeast corner of Harvard (formerly Oberlin) Avenue, a public <br />street in the City of University City and Delmar Boulevard, a public street in the City of <br />University City, Missouri; thence northwardly along the east line of said Harvard <br />(formerly Oberlin) Avenue, a distance of three hundred seventy-two and no/100 (372) <br />feet to a point; thence westwardly at a right angle across said Harvard (formerly Oberlin) <br />Avenue, a distance of fifty (50) feet to a point in the west line of said Harvard (Oberlin) <br />Avenue; thence southwardly along the said west line of Harvard (formerly Oberlin) <br />Avenue to the northwest corner of the aforesaid Delmar Boulevard and Harvard Avenue; <br />thence eastwardly along the north line of said Delmar Boulevard to the point of <br />beginning. <br />The area lying within the above described boundaries is 18,600 square feet or <br />0.43acres more or less. <br />Section 2. The University City Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 10.36.100 Traffic-control signals. <br />Change: Harvard Avenue and Delmar Boulevard <br />to <br />Sgt. Mike King Drive and Delmar Boulevard. <br />Section 10.36.160 Designation of intersections prohibiting right turn on red. <br />Change: Delmar Boulevard and Harvard Avenue <br />to <br />Delmar Boulevard and Sgt. Mike King Drive. <br />Section 10.48.030 Parking meter zones designated. <br />Change: Zone B Delmar Boulevard: Both sides from Harvard Avenue to the <br />east city limits <br />to <br />Zone B Delmar Boulevard: Both sides from Sgt.
