In consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other <br /> valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the City <br /> of University City, Missouri, hereby authorizes the remise, release and quitclaim <br /> a tract of land being part of Lot 6 of Barby Lane in the City of University City, <br /> County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, to Charles Deutsch and Company. Said <br /> tract of land is described as follows: <br /> A TRACT OF LAND BEING A PART OF LOT 6 OF BARBY LANE (P.B. 61 PG. <br /> 30), SITUATED IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 45 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, CITY <br /> OF UNIVERSITY CITY, ST.
