Between Eight a.m. and Two p.m. The following streets or parts of streets are designated <br /> as places where the parking of vehicles is restricted to a period of time to two hours between <br /> eight a.m. and two p.m. on every day of the week except Sundays: <br /> Northmoor Drive: Both sides thereof, from Manhattan Avenue to the west city limits. <br /> D. Parking Lots. The following parking lot is designated as a place where the parking of <br /> vehicles is restricted to a period of time of two hours between six a.m. and six p.m. every day of <br /> the week except Sundays and holidays within the meaning of this title: <br /> Parking Lot No. 4: South of Loop North and west of Leland Avenue, excepting those areas <br /> designated for one-hour limitation or permit parking only. <br /> E. Between Nine a.m. and Six p.m. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as <br /> places where the parking of vehicles is restricted to a period of time of two hours every day <br /> except Saturday, Sunday and holidays: <br /> Forsyth Boulevard: On the north side thereof from a point twenty-two (22) feet of the east line of <br /> Lindell Boulevard to a point thirty-six (36) feet east thereof. <br /> F. Between Nine a.m. and Six p.m. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as <br /> places where the parking of vehicles is restricted to a period of time of two hours every day <br /> except Monday, Sunday and holidays: <br /> Lindell Boulevard: West side thereof from a point one hundred twenty (120) feet of the north line <br /> of Forsyth Boulevard to a point sixty (60) feet northwardly thereof. <br /> G. Between Eight a.m. and Four p.m. The following streets or parts of streets are designated <br /> as places where the parking of vehicles is restricted to a period of time of two hours every day <br /> except Saturday, Sunday and holidays: <br /> Forsyth Boulevard: On the north side thereof from a point seventy-five (75) feet of the west line <br /> of Lindell Boulevard to a point ninety-eight (98) feet to the west thereof. <br /> (Ord. 6749 § 1, 2008) <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any <br /> penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, Section 10.44.030, nor bar the prosecution <br /> for any such violation. <br /> Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University <br /> City Municipal Code. <br /> Section 4.
