LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI; CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY <br /> CLAUSE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY <br /> CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The City Manager of the City of University City, Missouri is hereby <br /> authorized to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, <br /> the attached "Cooperation Agreement Emergency Communications System" which is <br /> hereby adopted and incorporated be reference herein, and all other documents in <br /> connection therewith. <br /> Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist in that immediate passage of this <br /> ordinance is necessary in order for St. Louis County to complete construction of the <br /> county-wide Emergency Communications System on schedule. <br /> Section 3.
