INTRODUCED BY: Ms. Ricci DATE: August 8, 2011 <br /> BILL NO.: 9125 ORDINANCE NO.: 6861 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br /> CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI AND <br /> THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE JACKSON AVENUE <br /> PEDESTRIAN SIGNAL. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY <br /> CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of <br /> University City, Missouri a contract with the Missouri Highways and Transportation <br /> Commission providing for the replacement of the Jackson Avenue pedestrian signal in <br /> substantially the form of the attached Missouri Highways and Transportation <br /> Commission STP-Urban Program Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference, <br /> and all other documents in connection therewith. <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are in conflict herewith are <br /> hereby repealed. <br /> F <br /> Section 3.
