The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of <br /> University City, Missouri a contract with the Missouri Highways and Transportation <br /> Commission providing for sidewalk and curb ramp upgrades in the 1200 through 1500 blocks of <br /> 82nd Boulevard, 6500 through 6900 blocks of Etzel Avenue, 1000 through 1200 blocks of <br /> Kingsland Avenue, and 8600 through 9000 blocks of Old Bonhomme Avenue in substantially <br /> the form of the attached Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Surface <br /> Transportation Program (STP) -Urban Program Agreement, which is incorporated herein by <br /> reference, and all other documents in connection therewith. <br /> 3 <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> repealed. <br /> i <br /> Section 3.
