LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI; CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY <br /> x;. <br /> CLAUSE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The Mayor of the City of University City, Missouri is hereby authorized to enter <br /> into and execute on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri the attached "Municipal <br /> Housing and Community Development Cooperation Agreement for Fiscal Years 2012-2014" <br /> which is adopted and incorporated by reference herein, Supplemental Cooperation Agreements, <br /> and all other documents in connection therewith. <br /> Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist in that said Cooperation Agreement <br /> must be executed and returned to St. Louis County no later than August 25, 2011 in order for <br /> University City to be eligible to receive Community Development Block Grant funds for fiscal <br /> years 2012-2014 pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement. <br /> Section 3.
