S <br /> Section 3. Article V. Article V shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the <br /> following: <br /> ( <br /> "[Reserved]" <br /> Section 4. Consent of Trustee and Bondowners,. The prior written consent of the <br /> 4 Trustee and the Bondowners to the execution of this Second Supplemental Lease has been given <br /> pursuant to Section 9.2 of the Original Lease. <br /> Section 5. Notice to Rating Agency. In accordance with Section 1202(d) of the Original <br /> Indenture, upon the execution and delivery of this Second Supplemental Lease, the Trustee shall provide <br /> written notice and copies hereof to the Bank and any Rating Agency rating the Bonds. <br /> Section 6. Original Lease in Effect. Except as expressly amended and supplemented by <br /> this Second Supplemental Lease, the Original Lease shall remain in full force and effect, without <br /> impairment or modification. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Original Lease and this <br /> Second Supplemental Lease, the terms of this Second Supplemental Lease shall prevail. <br /> Section 7. Partial Invalidity. If any one or more of the terms, provisions, covenants, or <br /> conditions of this Second Supplemental Lease shall to any extent be declared invalid, unenforceable, <br /> void, or voidable for any reason whatsoever by a court of competent jurisdiction, the finding or order or <br /> decree of which becomes final, none of the remaining terms, provisions, covenants, and conditions of this <br /> Second Supplemental Lease shall be affected thereby, and each provision of this Supplemental Lease <br /> shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. <br /> i <br /> Section 8. Section Headings. All section headings contained herein are for convenience of <br /> reference only and are not intended to define or limit the scope of any provision of this Second <br /> Supplemental Lease. <br /> Section 9. Definitions. Terms capitalized in this Second Supplemental Lease and not <br /> otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Indenture, unless the context <br /> clearly indicates otherwise. <br /> Section 10. Applicable Law.
