INTRODUCED BY: Ms. Ricci DATE: November 14, 2011 <br /> BILL NO. 9141 ORDINANCE NO.: 6875 <br /> i <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.36 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC STREETS, <br /> BY REPEALING SECTION 10.36.090 THEREOF, RELATING TO STOP <br /> INTERSECTIONS —VEHICLES TO STOP AT CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS, 1 <br /> AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS <br /> "SECTION 10.36.090 STOP INTERSECTIONS —VEHICLES TO STOP AT <br /> CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS", THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS <br /> TO DELETE ALL STOP INTERSECTIONS IN THE ALLEY BETWEEN <br /> BARTMER & CHAMBERLAIN AND IN THE ALLEY BETWEEN OLIVE & ' <br /> CHAMBERLAIN; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A ' <br /> PENALTY. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to regulations for <br /> specific streets, is hereby amended by repealing Section 10.36.090 thereof, relating to stop <br /> intersections - vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section <br /> to be known as "Section 10.36.090 Stop intersections -Vehicles to stop at certain intersections," <br /> thereby amending said section so as to delete all stop intersections in the alley between Bartmer <br /> & Chamberlain and in the alley between Olive & Chamberlain; so that said section, as so E <br /> amended, shall read as follows: <br /> 10.36.090 Stop intersections - Vehicles to stop at certain intersections. f <br /> k <br /> The following street intersections are designated as stop intersections for certain <br /> entrances thereto within the meaning of this title.
