Legal description of the boundaries of the development area; <br /> The location of the tract in relation to the surrounding area; <br /> A north arrow and graphic scale; <br /> All underlying zoning setbacks and buffers; <br /> Existing and proposed contours at vertical intervals of not more than one <br /> feet(1') referred to sea level datum extending up to one hundred fifty feet <br /> (150') from the boundaries of the development area.
