INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Sharpe DATE: March 12, 2012 <br /> BILL NO. 9154 ORDINANCE NO. 6887 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR A MINOR <br /> SUBDIVISION OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS FORSYTH <br /> PLACE RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 4 IN BLOCK 2 OF FORSYTH PLACE <br /> SUBDIVISION. <br /> i <br /> WHEREAS, on January 10, 2012, Michael Goellner with GRID Realty, LLC, submitted I <br /> for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Forsyth Place <br /> Resubdivision of Lot 4 in Block 2 of Forsyth Place Subdivision located at 7229 Forsyth <br /> Boulevard, University City, Missouri; and <br /> t <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on February 22, 2012, the University City Plan Commission <br /> reviewed the final plat for the minor subdivision, determined that the final plat is in substantial <br /> compliance with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to <br /> the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat for the minor subdivision application, including all required <br /> documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit"A" and made a part hereof is a final <br /> subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Forsyth Place Resubdivision of Lot 4 in Block <br /> 2 of Forsyth Place Subdivision located at 7229 Forsyth Boulevard, University City, St. Louis <br /> County, Missouri. The final plat for the minor subdivision subdivides one lot, zoned SR— Single <br /> Family Residential, into two lots. <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final plat for the minor <br /> subdivision is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section <br /> 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final plat for the minor subdivision marked Exhibit "A" is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final plat for the <br /> minor subdivision the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal <br /> of University City. a <br /> Section 4.
