Y , INTRODUCED BY Mr. Glickert DATE: August 27, 2012 i BILL NO. 9161 ORDINANCE NO. 6894 I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 10, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, TO REVISE VARIOUS TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AS PROVIDED HEREIN t BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of University City, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Sections 10.40.030 and 10.44.020, of Chapter 10, Vehicles and Traffic, of the University City Municipal Code are amended as provided herein. Language to be deleted from the Code is represented as strict ; language to is be added to the Code is emphasized. This Ordinance contemplates no revisions to the Code other than those so designated; any language or provisions from the Code omitted from this Ordinance is represented by an ellipsis and remains in full force and effect. Section 2. Section 10.40.030, Residential Parking Permit Plan, of the University City Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding the 200 block of Linden Avenue (east side only) and by adding a provision to allow general parking for a maximum of (two) 2 hours within the restricted hours of 8am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, which such amendment shall be effected exclusively by revising the list included in Section 10.40.030 as provided herein (addition emphasized): 10.40.030 - Residential parking permit plan. i M.
