INTRODUCED BY: Ms. Carr DATE: November 13, 2012 <br /> BILL NO: 9171 ORDINANCE NO: 6904 F' <br /> f <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY AND THE <br /> MISSOURI HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION PROVIDING <br /> FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS AND INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT <br /> THE INTERSECTION OF WESTGATE AVENUE AND OLIVE BOULEVARD. <br /> Be it ordained by the City Council of University City as follows: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of , <br /> the City of University City a contract with the Missouri Highway and Transportation <br /> Commission providing for the improvements and installation of a traffic signal at the <br /> intersection of Westgate Avenue and Olive Boulevard. <br /> Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances therefore enacted which <br /> are in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the <br /> date of its passage and approval.
