INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Glickert DATE: January 14, 2013 <br /> BILL NO. 9172 ORDINANCE NO. 6905 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE <br /> LOCATED AT 6515 CORBITT IN THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI. <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council desires to accept the transfer of and title to real <br /> estate with an address of 6515 Corbitt, located in University City, Missouri; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The City Council accepts the transfer of real estate with an address of <br /> 6515 Corbitt, located in University City, Missouri, pursuant to a General Warranty Deed <br /> from Lending Alternatives, II, L.L.C., a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A <br /> and incorporated herein. <br /> Section 2.
