LOUIS COUNTY <br /> TRUSTEE'S OFFICE. <br /> WHEREAS, for the purposes of redevelopment, the City Council desires to <br /> accept title to certain Trustee-owned properties located in University City, Missouri; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF <br /> UNIVERSITY CITY,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1.
