LOUIS COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE. <br /> WHEREAS, on September 10, 2012 the City Council of University City adopted <br /> Resolution No. 2012-9, which approved a preliminary development plan for a mixed-use <br /> development project known as the Washington University—Loop Retail And Student Apartment <br /> Development in the PD-M Planned Development Mixed-Use Zoning District (the "Project"); <br /> WHEREAS, as so approved, the Project contemplated the vacation of a public walkway <br /> located between Lots 35 and 36 of Block 1 of North Parkview, per Plat Recorded in Plat Book <br /> 11 Page 4 of the St. Louis County Records for the purpose of constructing an elevator apartment <br /> associated with the Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, consistent with the approved Project, the City Council of University City <br /> now desires to vacate said public walkway, as more specifically described below and in the <br /> attached Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference; <br /> • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY <br /> CITY,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1.
