LOUIS LOOP STUDENT LIVING INITIATIVE" <br /> LOCATED IN THE PD-M PLANNED DEVELOPMENT MIXED-USE <br /> ZONING DISTRICT WHICH INCLUDES A RESUBDIVISION OF A <br /> TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS NORTH PARKVIEW <br /> RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1 THRU 9 AND LOTS 25 THRU 45 OF <br /> BLOCK 1 AND LOTS 1, 2, 3, 13 AND 14 OF BLOCK 6 OF NORTH <br /> PARKVIEW SUBDIVISION (CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY PORTION <br /> ONLY). <br /> WHEREAS, the Preliminary Development Plan was approved by the City Council of <br /> University City on September 10, 2012 for a mixed-use development project in the PD-M <br /> Planned Development Mixed-Use Zoning District, authorizing the submittal of a Final <br /> Development Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 31, 2012, Peter Tao with Tao-Lee Associates, Inc., on behalf of <br /> Washington University in St. Louis, submitted for review and approval a Final Development <br /> Plan in the PD-M Planned Development Mixed-Use Zoning District known as the "Washington <br /> University in St. Louis Loop Student Living Initiative" located at 6255 and 6263 Delmar <br /> Boulevard, 6326 Enright Avenue, 700 Limit Avenue, and 701 and 707 Eastgate Avenue in the <br /> City of University City; and 6241 and 6251 Delmar Boulevard, 6236 Enright Avenue, and 609 <br /> and 701 Eastgate Avenue in the City of St. Louis; and <br /> WHEREAS, the submittal of a Final Development Plan within the PD-M Planned <br /> Development Mixed-Use Zoning District requires the information described in Section 34- <br /> 40.16.1 "Final Development Plan Submittal Requirements" of the University City Municipal <br /> Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the review and approval of a Final Development Plan (for the City of <br /> University City portion only) shall be in accordance with Section 34-40.16 "Final Development <br /> Plan Procedure" of the University City Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Final Development Plan submitted includes the Final Plan and the Final <br /> Plat for the resubdivision of Lots 1 thru 9 and Lots 25 thru 45 of Block 1 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 13 and <br /> 14 of Block 6 of North Parkview Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on November 28, 2012, the University City Plan Commission <br /> reviewed and determined that the Final Development Plan is in compliance with the Preliminary <br /> Development Plan approved by City Council on September 10, 2012 and the University City <br /> iE <br /> 7 <br />
