INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Sharpe DATE: June 10, 2013 F' BILL NO. 9183 ORDINANCE NO. 6916 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS OLIVE BOULEVARD 7531-7547 CONSOLIDATION PLAT, PART OF LOT 16 AND LOT 17 OF MOUNT OLIVE SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, on April 24, 2013, Eric Kirchner with Cochran Engineering, on behalf of MERS/Goodwill, submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Olive Boulevard 7531-7547 Consolidation Plat, Part of Lot 16 and Lot 17 of Mount Olive Subdivision, located at 7531-7547 Olive Boulevard, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on May 22, 2013, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final plat for the minor subdivision, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final plat for the minor subdivision application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Olive Boulevard 7531-7547 Consolidation Plat, Part of Lot 16 and Lot 17 of Mount Olive Subdivision, located at 7531-7547 Olive Boulevard, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final plat for the minor subdivision consolidates the two lots, zoned GC—General Commercial District. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final plat for the minor subdivision is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final plat for the minor subdivision marked Exhibit"A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final plat for the minor subdivision the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. 4, Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage r` as provided by law.
