t <br /> Exception: <br /> 1. Free standing structures of less than 125 square feet in area, less than 10 feet in <br /> height, and more than 5 feet from other structures. <br /> 2. Decks not supported by a dwelling need not be provided with footings that extend <br /> below the frost line. Deck footings closer than 5'-0" to a structure must bear at <br /> the same elevation as the footing of the adjacent structure. <br /> (SECTION P2503 INSPECTIONS AND TESTS) <br /> P2503.1.90 Existing building sewers and drains. When 75% of a plumbing waste <br /> system has been replaced, a licensed plumbing contractor shall submit a narrated video <br /> of the entire building drain and sewer to the Code Official in the Department of <br /> Community Development for review. A 125-volt, single-phase, 15- or 20- ampere-rated receptacle {! <br /> outlet shall be installed at an accessible location for the servicing of heating, air- <br /> conditioning and refrigeration equipment. The receptacle shall be located on the same <br /> level and within 25 feet (7620 mm) of the heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration <br /> equipment. The receptacle outlet shall not be connected to the load side of the HVAC <br /> equipment disconnecting means. g, <br /> Exception: <br /> 1. A r eceptacle outlet shall not be required for the servicing of evaporative coolers. <br /> 2.
