2.66.030 Application fees. <br /> Application fees are intended to cover the cost of processing the <br /> application and when applicable shall include charges for plan <br /> examination, site inspection, public hearing notices, review of City <br /> records, hearing recorders and a pro rata share of overhead costs. <br /> No refunds shall be made once the fee has been paid. The fees <br /> charged for each type of application shall be as scheduled below: <br /> A. Board of Adjustment $250.00 <br /> B. Conditional Use Permit $250.00 <br /> C. Site Plan Review $200.00 <br /> { <br /> D. Zoning Amendment $200.00 <br /> E. Subdivision or Re- $200.00 <br /> subdivision of a tract or <br /> parcel of real property <br /> (including a condominium) <br /> Plus, per lot or $35.00 x' <br /> condominium unit <br /> F. Historic Preservation $25.00 <br /> Commission Review <br /> G. Redevelopment Plan $400.00 <br /> including Tax Abatement <br /> H. Community Improvement $250.00 <br /> District (CID) / <br /> Neighborhood <br /> Improvement District <br /> (NID) <br /> Bonds per Chapter 100 $1,000.00 <br /> RSMo. / Commercial <br /> Bonds <br /> 3 <br />
