INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Crow DATE: September 23, 2013 <br /> BILL NO. 9203 ORDINANCE NO. 6935 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 15.08 "PLUMBING REGULATIONS" OF <br /> TITLE 15 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br /> MISSOURI AND AMENDING CHAPTER 15.07 "PLUMBING CODE" OF TITLE 15 OF <br /> THE MUNICIPAL CODE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of University City (the "City") has adopted Chapter 15.07 <br /> "Plumbing Code" of the Municipal Code of the City of University City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to merge the similar subject matter in the Municipal <br /> Code for the benefit of the City staff members and the public; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 15.08 "Plumbing Regulations" of the Municipal Code shall <br /> be repealed and Chapter 15.07 "Plumbing Code" of the Municipal Code shall be <br /> amended to include the applicable sections previously contained in Chapter 15.08. <br /> fr <br /> 1 <br />
