(SECTION K192 ELECTRICAL FEES) <br /> K192.1 Fee schedule. The fee charged for each electrical permit shall be as <br /> scheduled below. Permit fees are intended to cover the cost of application <br /> processing, plan examination, permit issuance, routine inspections, final <br /> inspection approval, record keeping, and a pro rata share of overhead costs. The <br /> non-refundable application fee charged for each permit shall be thirty-five dollars <br /> ($35.00) per unit. <br /> All permit applications shall be accompanied by complete payment. Processing <br /> amendments to permits, including related plan review, shall be charged at the <br /> rate indicated and may include processing costs of forty dollars ($40.00) per hour <br /> or fraction of an hour. This charge may be waived for minor changes resulting <br /> from an inspection defect notice. <br /> A separate permit is required for each location served by a separate meter. <br /> Additional inspections, such as re-inspections due to defective work or for <br /> inspections scheduled by the permit holder when work is not ready for inspection, <br /> shall be charged at the rate of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per hour or fraction of <br /> an hour. <br /> Electrical for new single or two-family residential $275.00 <br /> construction, per unit <br /> Electrical for multi-family residential construction, 130.00 <br /> per unit <br /> Bathroom group 10.00 <br /> Kitchen group 25.00 <br /> Building addition 50.00 <br /> Basement remodel 50.00 <br /> Residential electrical panel 25.00 <br /> Commercial electrical panel 50.00 <br /> Temporary pole 25.00 <br /> Fire alarm 120.00 <br /> Generator, each 25.00 <br /> 6 <br />
