Section 10.44.010 of Chapter 10, Vehicles and Traffic, of the University City Municipal Code is amended as provided herein. Section 10.44.010 of the University City Municipal Code is hereby amended to create a parking restriction on a section of Center Drive Ave from Delmar Blvd to Gannon Ave, as follows: 10.44.010 - Parking prohibited on certain streets at all times. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of vehicles is prohibited at all times: Center Drive: Both sides thereof and both sides of the median strip from Delmar Blvd to Amherst Avenue. Section 3. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of the sections revised by this amendment nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 4. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law. PASSED THIS 27th day of January, 2014. Page 1 of 2
