Section 340.220 of Title III, Traffic Code, of the University City Municipal <br /> Code is amended as provided herein. Language to be added to the Code is <br /> emphasized. This Ordinance contemplates no revisions to the Code other than those so <br /> designated; any language or provisions from the Code omitted from this Ordinance is <br /> represented by an ellipsis and remains in full force and effect. <br /> Section 2. Section 340.220 of the University City Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br /> add a new location where the City has designated as a stop intersection, to be added to <br /> the Traffic Code as the "Schedule" — Schedule VII, as follows: <br /> i <br /> i <br /> tti,, <br /> Traffic Schedules <br /> f <br /> Schedule VII. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br /> corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of the sections revised <br /> by this amendment nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> 1 <br /> Section 4. Anyperson, firm or corporation violatinganyof the <br /> p provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the University City <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> i <br /> Section 5.
