INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Jennings DATE: July 14, 2014 BILL NO. 9233 ORDINANCE NO. 6963 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE III OF THE TRAFFIC CODE, TO REVISE TRAFFIC REGULATION AS PROVIDED HEREIN. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Schedule III of the Traffic Code, of the University City Municipal Code is amended as provided herein. This Ordinance contemplates no revisions to the Code other than those so designated; any language or provisions from the Code omitted from this Ordinance is represented by an ellipsis and remains in full force and effect. Section 2. Schedule III of the University City Municipal Code is hereby amended to add and delete locations where the City has designated as prohibited parking during designated hours for street cleaning purposes, to be edited to the Traffic Code as the "Schedule" — Schedule III, as follows: Traffic Schedules is Schedule III: Parking Restrictions Table III-A Parking Prohibited On Certain Streets During Designated Hours. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where parking is prohibited during the time set forth in this section within the meaning of the title: Table III-F Parking Prohibited On Certain Streets During Designated Hours — Street Cleaning. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where parking is prohibited during the time set forth in this section within the meaning of the title, for Street Cleaning Purposes: Cabanne Avenue: On the earth south side thereof on the first Wednesday of the month and on the south north side thereof on the first Friday of the month, from Eastgate Avenue to North Drive, between the hours of eight a.m. to eleven a.m. Canton Avenue: On the north side thereof on the first Monday of the month, and on the south side thereof on the first Wednesday of the month, thereof from Pennsylvania Page 1 of 5
