Pershing Avenue: On the south side thereof on the first Tuesday of the month and on the north side thereof on the first Friday of the month from West City Limits to Forest Park Parkway between the hours of twelve noon and two thirty p.m. Sutter Ave: On the west side thereof on the first Tuesday of the month, from Olive Boulevard to the north city limits between the hours of twelve noon and two thirty p.m. On the east side thereof on the first Friday of the month, from Olive Blvd to Suburban Avenue between the hours of twelve noon and two thirty p.m. Syracuse Avenue:-On the east side thereof on the first Wednesday of the month and on the west side thereof on the first Friday of the month, from Loop North to Clemens Avenue, between the hours of eight a.m. to eleven a.m. Washington Avenue: On the north side thereof on the first Wednesday of the month and on the south side thereof on the first Friday of the month, from Trinity Avenue to Melville Avenue between the hours of eight a.m. to eleven a.m. { Westgate Avenue: On the east side thereof on the first Wednesday of the month and on the west thereof on the first Friday of the month, from Delmar Boulevard to Vernon Avenue, between the hours of eight a.m. to eleven a.m. * * * Section 3. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of the sections revised by this amendment nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 4. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the University City Municipal Code. Section 5.
