Section 6. From and after June 25, 2008, all full-time employees shall have their hourly <br /> rate computed as follows: <br /> 1. The hourly rate for all full-time employees, who, according to Section 4, have a set <br /> or average work week of 40 hours, shall have their hourly rate computed by <br /> multiplying the monthly rate by 12, dividing that product by 2,080. <br /> 2 The hourly rate for full-time uniformed Battalion Chiefs of the Fire Department, <br /> who, according to Section 4, have an average work week of 56 hours, shall have <br /> their hourly rate computed by multiplying the monthly rate by 12, dividing that <br /> product by 2,912. <br /> Section 7. Ordinance No. 6945 and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> repealed. <br /> Section 8.
