LOUIS COUNTY <br /> WITH REGARD TO THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT <br /> OF 1974 AS AMENDED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The Mayor of the City of University City, Missouri, is hereby authorized to <br /> execute for and on behalf of the City of University City, the Municipal Housing and Community <br /> Development Cooperation Agreement of FY 2015-2017 and Supplemental Agreements thereto <br /> as may be required by law with regard to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 <br /> as amended. <br /> Section 2.
