Rezoning Application P060099 for SR to HRO with the exception of the properties <br />located at 8668 West Kingsbury and 8678 Barby Lane (which should remain SR) per Staff <br />and Plan Commission (public hearing required and please reference previously voted on <br />rezoning ordinance). <br />4. Rezoning Application and P060100 for SR to GC (public hearing required and please <br />reference previously voted on rezoning ordinance). <br />5. Preliminary Plat Approval P060101 with the request from applicant for a "waiver" of the <br />required size of the cul-de-sac and the request by Staff and Plan Commission that 8668 W <br />Kingsbury be removed from "Parcel A" (motions required that specifically address a] the <br />cul-de-sac issue, b] the 8668 W.
