Bill number 8499 <br />passed and became Ordinance number 6276. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8500 - AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS, BY <br />REPEALING SECTION 10.44.020, RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED ON <br />CERTAIN STREETS DURING DESIGNATED HOURS, AND ENACTING A NEW <br />SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS 'SECTION 10.44.020 PARKING PROHIBITED <br />ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING DESIGNATED HOURS," THEREBY <br />AMENDING THE SECTION TO PROHIBIT PARKING DURING DESIGNATED <br />HOURS ON WILLIAMS AVENUE FROM WESTMORELAND DRIVE TO <br />MILLBROOK BOULEVARD, CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved adoption.
