David Damick 6933 Cornell Avenue, stated he did not like the plan and was concerned about traffic
and the western side of the proposed development as well as noise and lighting. He stated a five-story
apartment development in a single family residential neighborhood was bad and the development
should be moved over to the other side of Kingsland where more parking was needed.

Celina McGinnis 6931 Dartmouth Avenue, stated her main concern was with congestion on Sgt.
Mike King Drive and asked if the building would have access to high-speed internet. She stated there
was not a lot of green space proposed.

Judith Gainer 721 Harvard Avenue, stated there was not much green space and the size proposed
would dominate the surrounding area and change the character of the neighborhood. She was opposed
to the five-story parking garage and expressed concern about the maintenance of streets and the
proposed density of the development. She stated she was not concerned about the demolition of
Delmar-Harvard School but that higher density should be on the eastern side of the site.

Dean Smith 6934 Dartmouth Avenue, stated he had concerns with parking, density, and noise. He
stated that this area consisted of dignified educational, governmental, and religious buildings with
generous setbacks and the proposal was in violation of that. He stated that the edges should have
lower roof heights as there was too much building mass proposed.

8. Reports

8.a.
