Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />P007010 <br />Case # - Rear yard variance for addition at 8300 Cornell <br />Contractor, 1956 Still Creek Pass, <br />Harris and Melissa Perman, 8300 Cornell represented by Jay Laux, <br />Wildwood, Missouri 6301134-30.5(2)(a)(3) <br /> requested a variance of Section of the University City <br />Zoning Code in order to construct a rear addition that will encroach 18 feet into the 30 foot required rear <br />yard set back at 8300 Cornell.
