Other members present were: <br /> <br />John Sweeney Nancy MacCartney, Director, Parks, Recreation, Forestry <br />Karen Palmer Rivian Robinson, Administrative Secretary <br />Caryn St. Clair <br />Gwendolyn Gaines-Beckwith <br />William Field <br />Linda Peoples <br /> <br />Excused Absences: Karen Dille & Jerry Fitch <br /> <br />Disposition of Minutes from April 27, 2010 <br />Minutes reviewed. Correction to date on Minutes noted. Ms. Palmer moves minutes are accepted with <br />corrections, Ms. Gaines-Beckwith seconded, vote taken, all in favor. <br /> <br />Citizen’s comments on items not on Agenda <br />No citizens present <br /> <br />Council Liaison Report <br />Terri Crowe appointed council liaison but conflict in schedule does not allow him to attend. No report <br />available at this time. <br /> <br />Department Report <br />Ms. MacCartney introduces Ewald Winker, Park Maintenance Supervisor, who will be our tour guide for <br />the parks in University City. <br /> <br />Individual Park Reports <br />None- in lieu of Park Tour <br />Unfinished Business <br />Mr. Sykes went to Mayor Welsch to discuss courtesy passes for Park Commission members. Mayor <br />changed ruling and approved courtesy passes for Park Commission members only, not family members, <br />also approved one free golf game per week.
