<br /> <br />Plan Commission <br />June 27, 2012 Meeting Minutes <br />(approved July 25, 2012) <br /> <br />TH <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the 5 Floor Council Chambers located at <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on June 27, 2012. There <br />being none, he asked for a motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Senturia made a motion to approve the May 23, 2012 Plan Commission meeting minutes. <br />The motion was seconded by Ms. Locke. The motion was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Work Session: Proposed Zoning Map Amendment to PD-M Planned Development <br />Mixed-Use District (Washington University proposal for mixed-use district: commercial / <br />student housing) <br /> <br />Mr. Halpert announced that the next agenda item was a work session for a proposed Zoning Map <br />Amendment for a PD-M Planned Development Mixed Use District. <br /> <br />Mr. Greatens provided a summary of the PD-M rezoning process and presented a flow chart <br />showing an overview of the process. The PD process is for rezoning and goes through the map <br />amendment process. Simultaneously, a Development Plan is considered. Mr. Greatens added <br />that tonight is just an optional work session at the request of the applicant. He stated that the <br />developer will present the proposal and it was an opportunity for the Plan Commission members <br />to become familiar with the project and provide feedback. Mr. Greatens also stated that no <br />formal action is required of the Plan Commission at this work session. <br />tm; <br /> šE <br /> <br /> <br />
