<br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL SESSION <br />City Hall, Fifth floor <br />6801 Delmar Blvd <br />8:30 a.m. <br />May 08, 2014 <br /> <br /> <br />A Special Session of the City Council of University City held in City Hall, fifth floor, May <br />08, 2014. Mayor Shelley Welsch called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. In addition to <br />Mayor Welsch the following members of Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Stephen Kraft <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Mr. Michael Glickert <br />Mr. Byron Price was excused. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were City Manager Lehman Walker and the City Attorney Katie <br />Forster. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch asked Council if there was a motion to approve Resolution 2014 – 9. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert moved to approve; seconded by Mr. Sharpe. <br /> <br />There was no discussion <br /> <br />Resolution 2014 – 9 carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Glickert and carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch adjourned the meeting at 8:31 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm, MRCC/MCC <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />May 27, 2014 E-1 <br />
