BILL NO. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING DEFERRED COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO <br />CERTAIN EMPLOYEES FROM AND AFTER JULY 1, 2000. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. From and after July 1,2000, the following seven persons holding the positions <br />of Deputy City Manager, Director of Finance and Community Development, Director of Public <br />Works, Director of Planning and Development, Director of Parks, Recreation, and Forestry, Director <br />of Personnel, and Public Relations Manager will be paid by the City additional deferred <br />compensation in the amount of $38.46 per bi-weekly pay period under Section 457 of the Internal <br />Revenue Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2. <br />provided by law. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as <br /> <br />PASSED this lq day of ,2000. <br /> <br /> <br />
