'Ihere <br />was further discussion on the streets am alleys that nest need repairs. Mr. <br />Ollendorff said an item needed but not included is a win:lrow tmner for the <br />COll'pOSt operation; he hoped that state or CXJllI'lty larrlfill IlDney may be avail- <br />able for this purd1ase. If it becames nec:essary that the City do it, IlDney must be <br />taken from Conununity Development funjs, if the property is eligible, or Con- <br />tingency.
