BILL NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS WESTMINSTER'S FIRST SUBDIVISION AND LOCATED AT 7188 KINGSBURY. WHEREAS, on October 31,2001, Westminster Presbyterian Church, represented by Clayton Engineering Company, Inc., submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Westminster's First Subdivision located at 7188 Kingsbury, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on November 28, 2001, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with ~the~requirements~oflhe UniversityX2ity Municipal-Code,.mad._recommended_to~the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the f'mal subdivision plat application, including all required documentsmu:l information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Westminster's First Subdivision and located at 7188 Kingsbury, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates two lots for single-family dwellings, one existing and one proposed. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. Section 4.
