| The Council is the legislative and governing body of
the City of University City. The City Council enacts legislation
to protect the health, morals and general welfare of the citizens
of the City. The Council appoints both the City Manager and City
Clerk. The City Council has seven members, one of whom serves
as mayor. Each of the City's three wards has two representatives,
who are elected to four-year terms.
The Mayor and Councilmembers Brot, Wagner
and Ricci are holding Council office hours on the second floor of City
Hall. Interested individuals are welcome to stop in any time, or to
guarantee an appointment, City Clerk Joyce Pumm is available to coordinate
