The Engineering division provides services associated with the planning, design, construction and control of public streets, sidewalks, and bridges within the City, external environmental inspections of all public and private properties and general support of other city departments and public works divisions as related to these functions. The division is also responsible for all capital improvement programs. Deputy Director for Engineering, Tim Moffitt heads the division. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
